• Candidate Screening
  We review our candidates work history for details of their training, job history and salary history. We ascertain their capabilities, strengths, weaknesses and their goals and priorities. We screen them for attitude, aptitude and motivation.
• Referencing
  We thoroughly reference our candidates and conduct criminal background checks.
• Interviews
  We send only those candidates that match your job description and culture. You do not waste time interviewing over or under qualified candidates.
• Placement Guarantees and Fee Payment
  Fees are on a contingency basis and are payable on the start date of a candidate referred to you by TravelSearch Network™ and hired within a period of one year. We do guarantee our services. Since we work on a contingency basis (we only get paid if you hire our candidate), we cannot make refunds. We shall, however promptly replace any candidate who leaves your employment voluntarily or is discharged with cause within ninety days of employment date.
